      No support from area manager. Bullying tactics involved. No breaks because solo in store. The company ethos is a lie or a good pr stunt.

      Well led company James timpaon is very involved in the day to day. Good business model regarding upside down management. Staff are treated equally and fairly with some great benefits.

      Cons

      Work alone a lot which is difficult. Sometimes it is hard to stay motivated when you are alone minus customers
