Pros

- Flexible hybrid policy - Good benefits

Cons

- Ever-increasing workload and expectations despite pay bands staying the same - C-level (including the CEO) have seen their pay double year-on-year while everyone else's pay has either not gone up or not kept up with inflation

Pros

- When you leave you will never feel happier

Cons

- Bullying, higher level staff can say whatever they like to whomever they like. But they're mates with the right people and you're expendable. - Unreasonable workloads and a complete disregard for code quality. You'll have a ton of poorly written code a decade old that then gets you called up in the middle of the night. - Pay raises don't even keep up with inflation. - Frequent, mindless reorgs. Get used to learning a completely new domain every year with a new team and a new manager. Don't like it? Tough. - On call rota is incredibly badly paid for what they are asking (say goodbye to your life for a week every month). - Greenwashing, c-suite pay lip-service to it but that's all it is. - Spineless yes men for managers that will agree to anything regardless of how realistic it is or what agreeing will do to their staff. - You don't get to travel to the other offices any more, regardless of what the recruiters will tell you.
