      Pros

      It has a great international working environment that most of the employees have contact with others with a great sense of respect.

      Cons

      It was too sad to see my 3 colleagues get promoted within 6-12 months at most but noy myself within even 18 months. It had also slight salary improvements that had mostly no impact.

      They’re hybrid & remote friendly. Opportunities to work in international offices when traveling. Great holiday parties.

      Cons

      Very low base rates that barely budge per year. Bonuses are low & supposed to “make up” the difference for the low base.
