Great fleet, great cleaning crew, focuses on route and customer service, never had to touch the buzz never had to pre-trip never had to do any of that stuff
Some schedules don't allow adequate sleep time and rest time if you live more than an hour from the yard. CDL requirements are 10 hours driving in a 12 hour period, including personal driving time, and I was over an hour from the yard with traffic. Regular shifts could be 9 hours, then you might get pulled for a fixed route for 3-4 additional hours due to driver call outs.
Very nice office staff.
Decent starting pay.
Consistent work.
Cons
Really late to early hours.
8 hours minimum between shifts.
Can take years to get a schedule that even comes remotely close to a life/work balance.
RTD rules the show to too high of a degree.
