Pros
- Great job if you like speaking to people and enjoy being out and about. - Shift work, some like it some don’t. - Nice routes - Plenty of overtime as they are short staffed
Cons
- Unable to pay wages on time, with many colleagues having the same issues. I’m still waiting for my final wage and I left the company 2 months ago. No support from management or HR. - Buses often break down, with most having warning lights on the dash. Even worse in summer. - VERY low morale within the team with a high turnover of staff. - No exit interview. - Upper management don’t listen to driver feedback, when they come to “speak to us” they spend the time at the depot when all the drivers are in the bus station. - Often late finishing due to the spare drivers having to cover shifts instead of bringing drivers back to the depot after they’ve finished.
