Pros

Stablity I guess Free oyster card/travel Decent pension Laid back enviroment

Cons

Outdated systems. Buareuacratic energy. Legacy minded not just by systems but ways of working. Slow, pace is slow. Lack of urgency to modernise ways of working and resolve common IT practices. Too reactive and passive at time

Pros

Great work life balance with working from home only 2.5 days a week. Flexible working and condensed hours available. Great benefits like company car and bike schemes. Discounts on Eurostar and discounts on some stores. Lots of training available both internally and externally. Very progressive in some departments, most diverse workforce I’ve ever worked in. Lots of women in leadership roles.

Cons

Very little or slow movement, can take some time to progress through the ranks. Bonuses are capped based on a maximum of around 6% of salary for exceeded. Can be very political and sometimes there is nepotism.
