Pros

Everyone I worked with at UNiDAYS was lovely. And the campaigns designers get to work on are fun!

Cons

The culture is highly modern and compliance-focused, with strong emphasis on appropriate workplace behaviour. This can be positive for some, but others may find the environment cautious. The workload like the majority of places, is very high.

Pros

Redundancies. Redundancies at UD are a way to get back some of the wages you won't get with lack of personal or industry growth . They will also propel you into a more suitable role. potentially at a place where you won't be belittled by middle management. Redundancies at UD are a gift.

Cons

Middle to upper management - lack of direction, lying about delivered projects. Denial of what finished actually means. Talking to staff like they're five years old. Backstabbing.
