Pros

Some areas were very forward thinking. Took care of its people. Had great offices and super people. Lots of fun properties to work with.

Cons

A bit old school in some ways. Some legacy tech problems that were never going to be solved. Some very in the box thinking in some areas. Like two sides of a coin battling each other for the future or the past.

Pros

Centrally located in midtown Manhattan. Good salary. Half days in the summer. Free merchandise to take home from the samples.

Cons

High attrition. No sense of job security, not a very stable environment. Lot of employees talk about job dissatisfaction. Not many opportunities for growth.

Pros

The benefits, some of the people, and the business are some of the great reasons to work at United Media. Who doesn't love the PEANUTS?!

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities and low pay are the major downsides of working at United Media. I worked there for 3 years and was never rewarded for my efforts. However other who were there for a much shorter time period and who contributed less were compensated. United Media is very unfair in the work place and it is felt throughout the whole company.
