All the staff members are supportive and encouraging. Healthy office environment. Good opportunities for beginners to start the career.

Cons

Have to manage training and work load together. If you are a good learner then easy to sustain as no training is provided of new systems thoroughly, have to manage on your own.

Pros

Great company with lots of benefits. Distance from home is great once five minutes away. I love the management structure, it’s balanced and fare.

Cons

Its very difficult to fit in due to some work colleagues unable to open up to new way of working or new people I suppose it’s hard for them because they have done the same job the same way for many years, but on the bright side they’re are many other staff that are great people and becoming great friends.
