Pros

None. It really is that bad.

Cons

The work life balance made me unwell. And when I got unwell and tried to discuss the challenges of workload, I wasn't listened to. I went sick for two weeks at doctors orders and they stopped my pay. After faithful service for 7 years and not a single day off sick, this is how they treat you. You are disposable. Not valued.

Pros

London office is slick and in a really good location in the West End Good name on CV Good perks like free lunch whilst training, great team outtings Some genuine and really great tech guys Tech guys have a good leader

Cons

Poor and inexperienced Management Lot's of politics Bullying rife Clicke culture with an unprofessional level of favouritism Lots of secrets Becoming too corporate since being bought out by Verizon, everything needs approval Office environment is mostly pin drop silent Having a personality is a bad thing and disliked
