Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts – it’s great to hear you feel trusted, supported and that flexibility makes a difference for you. We’re proud to create an environment where our people feel genuinely cared for and can bring variety into their work. We’ve taken note of your feedback around strategy too. To help bring this to life, we hold monthly Basecamps where we connect on strategy together – and we also use that time to celebrate individuals with our Star Awards. It’s all part of making sure people feel both recognised and connected to the bigger picture. If there’s more you’d like to share, we’d love to hear from you – just drop us a line at people.team@virgin.com . – The Virgin People Team

Pros

Work life is so flexible, there is no need to really perform or create new ideas. Keep head down and just WFH or flex hours.

Cons

None. Just keep head down and can ride unnoticed forever.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts – we love to hear you’ve found flexibility that works for you. We’re proud to offer that kind of trust and autonomy to our people. We hope you love the flexibility of our perks too, like our unlimited leave. We believe flexibility should go hand-in-hand with purpose. At Virgin, we’re at our best when people feel empowered to think big, speak up, and make a real impact. We all play a part in shaping what Virgin is today and where we’re heading tomorrow. Our internal innovation podcast is a great showcase of this. If there’s more you’d like to share, we’d love to hear it – feel free to get in touch at people.team@virgin.com. – The Virgin People Team

Thanks so much for your kind words – we’re so glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience, from our benefits and brilliant people to the way we approach recruitment. That means a lot. We hear you on progression – we know how important it is for people to feel clear on how they can grow, and what’s next for them. We’ve recently launched a bunch of new learning opportunities, including mentoring and your own personal learning pot, to help people build skills and shape their path in a way that works for them. We’ll keep listening and evolving – and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. If there’s more you’d like to share, we’d love to hear it – just drop us a note at people.team@virgin.com. – The Virgin People Team
