      9/80 first shift or 4/10 2nd shift. Pays good bonuses while I was working there.

      Cons

      Small company before it got bought out. Pay isn't competitive.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working for Vishay. I love everything about my job down to the people I work with. Even management is amazing. Everyone is approachable and genuinely cares about the well being of their employees.

      Cons

      The only thing I would personally like vishay to improve is to raise wages in a way that would make their employees live noticeably better. Rather than compete on wages with McDonald's and Wal-Mart, they need to compete with places like BD
