An amazing place to work! From my first day, everyone that I’ve come into contact with has been so kind, helpful and welcoming. The hours, the hybrid aspect of the role and the free health benefits are all perfect for a work/life balance. The training is super thorough, praise is regularly given and anything that needs to be worked on is done in such a positive, constructive way. I’ve really seen firsthand why people don’t leave! I cannot recommend Vitality (especially the Bournemouth branch) enough!
