      Very good company , gone bad...

      Pros

      Great sense of team work and supportive senior management, ..up until the appointment of Bruce McKendrick and his cronies and Saga ex employees.

      Cons

      As above. Voyage needed to move on, but under the direction of Douglas Quinn, Laurence Swarbrick and others the company thrived with loyal and hardworking employees who were recognised for their achievement and hard work. When they left that phiilosphy died as did staff morale and performance.

      People we look after . Lots of things but the management Is absolutely terrible CQc please investigate company

      Cons

      1)Management do supervision with office door open so that people you support overhear confidential conversation. 2) cliques 3) Many medical errors . 3) suspicious of the companies who of handling finances . 4) Get people who are not qualified to be managers running place. Charging very low money at night . £30 for who night. Poor amount of support for new people.. Bullying and harassment . Not a nice company to work for . I think company is absolutely an abominable and should be closed down. Many more cons I have no mentioned. I think management in cambridge should be sacked as well as many in head office

      Voyage Care - a fantastic company to work for..

      Pros

      I would highly recommend working for Voyage Care, having worked for the company for a year as of Jan 2017, I can honestly say accepting my position with Voyage was the best decision I have made in my career. The Senior Management team are supportive, listen to your opinions, and treat staff members with dignity and respect, and have time to say a 'thank you' when warranted which means you feel valued as part of the team. The company also offers numerous bonus schemes to employees, along with opportunities for career development. There is a real sense of working together as a team heading in the same direction, in all roles I have encountered within Voyage Care, communications within the company are circulated well so that all teams are kept up to date with what is happening within the company. Voyage Care offers a wide range of facilities and activities for the people we support, meaning that you can go home with a sense of achievement from seeing someone smile from having a fun filled day.
