      Flexible work environment but lacks clear direction

      -flexibility to work in any wework offices - hybrid arrangement with friday WFH - good pantry coffee and beer options -no micromanagement - working environment feels relaxed with no politics

      Cons

      - no clear direction moving forward - SOPs and other processes are not orientated - no accountability of certain departments
