      Good Evironment Free bean to cup coffee

      Cons

      Events - Can't even attend to...So busy with your work, no break, no lunch break. No time to stop. US Head office doesn't comply with UK Laws! Hazard environment to work in. Breaks all UK safety laws. Management couldn't care less. Response is, this is a start up company. Work long hours Personal Life goes out the window Become dead inside. Expect to you to use your personal smart phone or get one (Apple). They want you to download all these apps, so you don't have ANY TIME to yourself, even if you have finished for the day. No Option to get a company phone. Office Manager and her team were nasty.

      Pros

      Free beer in the office, because you never get a chance to leave and go anywhere else!

      Cons

      Very cutthroat start up environment. They will replace you once you have done your job and they can employ someone cheaper. There is no structure, HR team are useless. People are overworked.

      Pros

      Marketing and brand team able to string along members and write awesome fake reviews. What's worrying is that people are falling for it.

      Cons

      The title of this section is perfect, it's all a con! Instead of firing badly behaved exec team members they hire above them and give them pay rises to keep quiet.
