Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback, and I’m glad our benefits stood out during your time at Webflow. That focus is intentional. Our goal is to support people in doing the best work of their careers while maintaining balance, and we continue to refine our programs based on feedback from employees around the world.
A few thoughts on the other points you raised:
On the shift toward AI:
The modern web has changed quickly, and so have the needs of our customers. Webflow has evolved from a single product into a multi-product platform to meet those needs. Bringing AI into the core of the product is a deliberate, customer-first decision. Creativity remains central to who we are. What has changed is how we help customers move faster and build with confidence for the modern web.
On leadership transitions:
Change is real when a founder steps out of the CEO role. In Webflow’s case, Vlad made a thoughtful decision to move into an innovation-driving role where he could have the greatest impact. His decision to hand the reins over Linda is a real reflection of how we operate here, with low ego and high humility. By many measures, the impact has been positive: we have seen seven consecutive quarters of increased engagement, improvement across the board on our employee surveys, and the lowest turnover level to date. We’ll continue to invest in leadership and the programs that have earned Webflow the “best place to work” title for two consecutive years.
On geographical pay:
We take a market-based approach to compensation that meets talent where they are so we stay equitable and competitive while remote-first. Beyond pay, we tailor benefits, local holidays, and balance a consistent global experience with local nuance. It’s a complex, but important balance as we scale globally, and one we continue to hone in close partnership with Webflowers worldwide.
Thanks again for the candid feedback and for the time you spent contributing to Webflow.
