      Stay away if you value the work/life balance

      Pros

      The product is great Flexible hybrid working - no one requires you to be at the office which is great

      Cons

      ZERO work/life balance, its possible you will end up working during your holidays, evenings and weekends A lot of politics Unqualified managers with no leadership qualifications They push people work extremely hard and show zero appreciation Managers change their mind right after you spend your valuable time on delivering things they want Just average benefits To summarise, they are not beyond a 'start-up' company in Europe

      Great people and product, but culture is shifting

      Pros

      - Lots of great people, good level of collaboration, I met some co-workers I will value for life - Good product, customers love it - I learnt so much, true global experience depending on your role, interesting project work and you will get thrown into lots of different scenarios - Flexibility and PTO are great

      Cons

      - Environment changed a lot during my time there, the culture is a bit lost at the moment - Pressure from c-suite trickles down to employees, too much onus on individuals to 'evolve' and solve problems which are systemic

      Culture is suffering as the company grows! The cut throat firing is killing morale.
