Cons

Dysfunctional Senior Leadership in Sales in the UK and USA and also HR within the UK. The sales teams do not collaborate and seem to think they are above the firms culture and values. HR in the UK tend to follow anything they are told by Leadership in the sales teams and take action without following fair process.

none come to mind, lack of strategy and no support from leadership, now 3 days in the office.

Cons

UK Global Service Provider business is an awful environment, no support or guidance only from the engineering manager. The new UK CTO has created a toxic environment and now wants us to commute 3 days a week. Losing staff very quickly avoid this place

Thank you for the feedback. We believe that in-person employee interaction is important for engagement, which is why we are using a hybrid approach for working in the office. Employees are asked to be in the office 8 days a month with flexibility on whichever days they choose. Please reach out to human resources to discuss specific circumstances in more detail.
