Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at Yell. I joining in the Telesales consultant role and was able to progress into Field Sales, Field Sales Management and then into the corporate side of the business, which shows the genuine career opportunities available. The team culture is one of the company’s biggest strengths people are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help each other succeed. Management is transparent and encourages employees to share ideas and take initiative, with hard work always being recognised. Overall, it’s a great place to work with strong leadership, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative environment. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and motivating workplace.

Cons

Sales can be fast-paced and target-driven, so it requires motivation and resilience. However, if you enjoy a challenge, want to push yourself, and thrive in an environment with a supportive and encouraging management team that helps drive your success, the opportunity for unlimited earnings makes it an incredibly rewarding role.
