1 - Great culture (top down, superb management team at all levels) 2 - Customer Centric - every decision made loops back to how we improve things for the customer; 3 - People focussed - DE&I ingrained in the every day, not just a tick box exercise; 4 - Excellent Community and Sustainability Ethos throughout the organisation; 5 - Great Benefits, Facilities and Rewards; 6 - Genuine colleague empowerment to do the right thing. This really promotes autonomy but with the right level of support where needed. 7 - Excellent new joiner Induction Programme.

Cons

Very little in all honesty. YBS is a great place to work and allows you the opportunity to forge a successful career in your chosen field.

Cons

Definitely become a lot more corporate over the last 3-5years. Lots of restrictions and governance to follow which means you struggle to get things done at pace, or at all sometimes.
