Pros

Nice offices, some down to earth management.

Cons

No out of hours team which means you have to respond to everything if a nurse doesn't turn up for a twilight shift you have to respond. What you just left the office at 10pm after starting at 7am so what respond. Weekends what are they your nurses depend on you for work so if you care you'll spend your weekend looking at your phone waiting on shifts to be released so you can hopefully book them in or checking NHSP every 30 minutes. Director expects you to do 3 lates per week late being 10pm even if there isn't any real need for you to be there at that time. So you will see people staying late and spending most of there time on there mobile as there only there to make the director feel good about himself. Salary isn't great and due to agency caps margins are terrible, so its all about quantity not quality. No training I read an answer to one of the other posts about hiring someone for this reason. Well I was there after this date so I guess that person left cos I didn't receive any training.

Thank you for your comments and taking time to write a review about Your World Recruitment Group. From reading your comments, it seems you may have left us some time ago. There have been some fundamental changes to our Nursing division, which includes the introduction of an Out of Hours team. We also have a dedicated Learning and Development Team, providing a number of different training programs, for both new starters and experienced consultants. These have all been trialed and have proven to be successful. All feedback is useful, so thanks again for your time.

Pros

Good while it lasts. Commission Marketing

Cons

Salaries Management Policies/Contracts - Please read the YW contract in detail when joining, particularly relating to Social Media usage when leaving and restrictions relating to working in a company that is in anyway a competitor to YW (every healthcare/education agency) Commission deductions No good endings - YW will not pay commission, allow you to say bye to colleagues or respect what work you have done with them regardless of length.
