Toxic culture with heavy micromanagement and unfairness

Cons

The company has a heavy micromanagement culture, with staff treated more like school children than professionals. There are serious issues with fairness in the workplace, including favouritism and instances of racism that are not properly addressed. Employees are not treated equally, and this creates a toxic and uncomfortable environment. Workloads are excessive, while pay is low and not reflective of the demands of the role. On top of that, management quality is poor, with individuals being promoted into roles they are not fit for. Overall, it is a highly stressful environment and one of the worst places I’ve worked. Major changes in leadership and company culture are urgently needed.

Lack of career opportunities and development, not a very generous company when it comes to salary and often hide behind poor results (caused by decisions made by senior management and directors) to justify to staff lack of annual bonus etc…
