      As a new hire, I can definitely say that my experience so far has been great! The recruitment process was smooth and I was quickly provided with an update after each stage. The team here at Zone is a joy to work with and I would definitely recommend!

      The CSM team is truly exceptional. Laura, our new leader, is incredible, and the entire legacy staff is bright, talented, and welcoming. While our products are niche, our customers are very forthcoming with feedback, which creates a dynamic and engaging environment. If having great teammates is a top priority in your career choice, I highly recommend our Customer Success team.

      Cons

      Zone is very much still in startup mode. Although the products when well implemented are delighting to the customers, the process to deploy are still a work in process.
