      Pros

      How anyone could say there are pros is beyond me.

      Cons

      The management of this business are not fit to be in charge of a potted plant, let alone personnel. The owner has no idea how to get the best out of employees and can be frequently heard shouting and swearing at people. One employee was brave enough to make a formal complaint about this and ended up losing his job. Unfortunately, I cannot name the individual concerned, but I think he deserves a mention in the Queen's birthday honours list. The most shocking thing of all was when one female employee complained about harassment. It was upheld and she received a payment,but the person responsible was allowed to keep his job.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Everything that was said in the interview has come true. After proving myself in the first 6 months i have been promoted and received payrise and also we received a generous and unexpected salary increase to help with the cost of living crisis.

      Pros

      A professional organisation run by knowledgeable and experienced managers. The teams working within the company are enthusiastic and well rewarded. All in all there is a desire at all levels of the business to become the best organisation and service provider within the industry. In the time that I have been here I have been given the necessary guidance to undertake my role in the way that I suggested that I would want to during the interview process. I have quickly built up the trust of my manager and my team and can see the potential for the team to become truly world class. We can all develop but rarely does everyone want to, here however I have seen a willingness to listen, learn, create and share and that creates the foundation for individual, team and company improvement in all areas. I can see a bright future for everyone here.

      Cons

      There will always be negatives, but other than having to negotiate the traffic around the office i am yet to see anything that concerns me sufficiently to discuss it. Certainly there is nothing that i am unable to deal with either through my manager or by addressing the issue head on.
