Pros

Only free of cost office cab.

Cons

Too much office politics and unnecessary hierarchy. Hikes are very low compared to workload and market Senior employees mostly avoid ownership and real execution work. Good work is rarely recognized fairly. Promotions and opportunities are biased. Lack of technical growth and learning opportunities. Micromanagement in many teams. Toxic culture in some teams because of blame shifting. Employee morale feels low overall. Attrition is increasing because people don’t see long-term growth. Too much dependency on a few hardworking.
