Provides interesting opportunities and varied experiences. Stress is on self-learning. Fairly young staff from varied backgrounds which makes it a fun place to work. Very good knowledge sharing between employees and teams. Lots of opportunity to move between teams if you pick up the right skills.
Cons
Does not provide any certification or training to employees. Self learning puts significant stress to perform to a reasonable level. Not much transparency within the org as privately owned.
Made some friends and travelled a bit, my first break after leaving the armed forces.
Cons
Never started one project that was fully scoped. Always went over budget as a result.
Management, particularly the CEO was not truthful about the company finances. They struggled to pay the employees.
If you come across them or any sister company, avoid like the plague.
