Our Milton Keynes site turned 10 this summer- ten years of making some of the UK's best loved soft drinks. We're delighted to share that we were named Employer of the Year at the Institute of Supply Chain Management's (IoSCM International) annual ceremony last night. The IoSCM Supply Chain Awards are THE industry awards to recognise and celebrate the achievements of organisations and individuals throughout the supply chain. The Employer of the Year Award is given to employers who are proud to invest in the development of their employees and consider overall wellbeing. Promotion from within, putting the employee first, providing fantastic employee benefits are just a few ways that companies can stand out from the crowd. Last night Kimberley Hughes, Callum Graham, Asmita S. and Samantha McBirney were there to collect the award in person and celebrate their achievement.
