This was followed by a motivating panel on our Women's Accelerator Program, founded in 2022 to drive equity for female progression and diversity at all levels within the Group. That’s why, every day, we boldly lead positive change in financial services and beyond. 🟣 The third-year cohort of our Women’s Accelerator Program has expanded to 160 women from across the group. 🟣 We’re adding a new location to our external Women’s Accelerator Network – Singapore. 🟣 Our Gender Resource group for Inclusion, Support and Education (“RISE”) drives education, fostering a culture of inclusion and creating a safe space for employees to actively engage, learn and champion diversity. 🟣 We’ve joined forces with 100 Women In Finance to continue to provide women across our business with the tools they need to succeed. 🟣 This year, we rolled out Women’s Accelerator Program to SailGP driving gender equity in the world of sports.
