⭐Developing Leaders Programme⭐ We recently completed 3 'Developing leaders' sessions with our brilliant General Managers, Deputy General Managers and Support Team, facilitated by Jamie Peacock. We wanted to take a moment to recognise the work and commitment that everyone has given to the programme over the last 30 days. Everyone brought the energy, and we heard about some excellent initiatives that have been implemented in relation to leadership and wellbeing, and everyone's hard work really did shine through. We look forward to seeing our teams journeys continue, and all that they will achieve following the programme. Great work everyone 🤩

This programme is a key part of our company Development commitment this year and is focussed on wellbeing and key leadership principles. 🧠 It was really great to have all of our General Managers together in one room (from Edinburgh down to London). In August, we hosted our Ultimate Bartending Championship, bringing together some of our talented Bartenders for an unforgettable showcase of skill, creativity, and flair ✨ From lightning-fast pours to show-stopping serves, our teams went head-to-head in a series of challenges that highlighted not only their incredible creativity but also their passion to represent their site. The competition was full of energy, laughter, and of course, some world-class cocktails 🍾🍹
