IBI Group, now part of Arcadis, recently completed One Burrard Place in Vancouver, BC for @Reliance Properties Ltd. and Jim Pattison Developments. Currently the third tallest tower in the province, the 54-storey residential tower is a notable addition to Vancouver’s skyline. The tower is part of the Burrard Gateway, a multi-tower complex including an office tower by @Revery Architecture that is connected by a shared amenity podium. Sydney’s expected population growth over the next 20 years created a need for new road infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for transport and road use. Arcadis played a critical role in the construction of the 7.5 km link tunnels which connect Sydney’s M4 and M5 motorways with the city, Airport, and Port Botany.
