Yesterday some Attesters went to the Diversity in Tech Roadshow at Bletchley Park. hosted by the Tech Talent Charter. Attest was one of the charter's first signatories and have been a research and data partner since then. It was great to see the insights from the research that we helped collect and analyse, plus lots of insights and actions to take away. We know that there is a lot more for us to do in this space and networking with like minded professionals helps us see things from a different perspective.
Yesterday we celebrated the 5 year anniversary of our partnership with the Tech Talent Charter. We not only contribute to the annual Diversity in Tech report but we also support as research partners. Many of our Attesters use their 10% time to help and support the great work that the Tech Talent Charter does!
Hear from Emily, our Data Engineer, about her experience of flexible working at Attest. We know that flexibility is important to many Attesters for many reasons. This could be the all important school run, going to a gym class or avoiding peak travel costs. We do not ask questions about the why but trust Attesters to plan their time accordingly.
Hear from our Head of Product, Alyssa, about her experience of growth at Attest. Alyssa joined Attest in 2020 as a Product Manager and after multiple promotions is now leading the function as Head of Product. At Attest we know that growth can mean different things to different people. To make sure growth is at the top of the agenda, we have a bi-annual Career Growth Review for all Attesters. These reviews comprise of feedback and open and honest conversations so everyone knows what their growth could look like over the next six months.
š We have been flexified for another year š Our score has increased from 72% to 84% with the highest scoring area being autonomy with 99% of Attesters feeling that they have complete autonomy to get their work done!
Hear from Tom, our Customer Success Lead, who recently took advantage of our sabbatical scheme when he got married and went on honeymoon at the end of 2023. Attesters can take one month fully paid sabbatical after 4 year's service and Tom is the most recent of many Attesters who have taken advantage of this benefit!
Happy New Year! At Attest we have a festive shut down period meaning that all Attesters can take a well earned break during the holiday period.
