Now known as Digital Business Solutions, the new function will deliver digital solutions at scale for BAT via the use of automation, data and innovation, while empowering our teams with data-driven insights and platforms. DBS’s role will be vital as BAT continues its transformation to become a stronger, simpler, faster multi-category, consumer-centric business.
