To continue creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, we collaborated with Leonard Cheshire Disability on their Change 100 project which helps students with disabilities take part in internships. “It’s been an amazing experience which has given me confidence in entering the working world. With it being a paid internship it allows interns to learn valuable budgeting skills and what to expect as an independent adult.
