At Bupa, we not only work together but we also play together ⚽ Recently, colleagues within Bupa Global, took part in a 6-a-side local charity football event. Fostering teamwork and fun, they raised over £1000 for Wolfram Syndrome UK and made a positive impact in the local community!
Our 'Unstoppable' events are for our internal employees to hear about all the wonderful things that are going on across the whole of Bupa Global. The most recent event was held at Bupa Place, which gave those in our UK, HQ to engage and have front row seats. It was also a perfect time for Maisie, Change Project Coordinator, to share some love and showcase some of the crafts that have been made for Pride Month from those in our 'BeYouAtBupa' network.
Bupa held it's first #HealthcareSymposium which brought together leaders from across global healthcare and other sectors to discuss, debate and collaborate on the opportunities and challenges we face. Topics included: the future of healthcare, changing consumer and patient needs, the great potential and possibilities of healthcare data and upcoming healthcare disruption. All to aim to help shape the future of healthcare together.

Our team at Cromwell Hospital in partnership with Fortius Clinic, have performed their 1000th Mako operation. 🎉 At Cromwell Hospital, Fortius surgeons are able to perform surgery using the Stryker Mako robotic-arm assisted technology, the very latest in robotic innovation. Supported by our multidisciplinary team including: anaesthetic, recovery, healthcare assistants, porters, scrub team, and our admin teams all coming together with pre-admission, nursing, physio and radiology to provide our patients with the best modern care. 💙
