As an #ArmedForces friendly organisation, we’re proud to support those who have served our country in their transition to a #civilian career. This week, we welcomed military leavers from across the Armed Forces to our Fenchurch Street office by hosting an Insights Day in partnership with the Career Transition Partnership. The day was to provide leavers with an opportunity to network in a corporate environment, whilst providing advice and guidance on CV’s and the power of LinkedIn, helping them to focus on what their transferable skills are, all whilst learning through the sharing of personal stories. Members of our Uniformed Services Network and Talent Acquisition team were on hand to share and offer invaluable advice based on their own experiences. We're committed to supporting our armed forces and are proud to hold a Gold Award in recognition of our support of the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant: https://bit.ly/44jyX8z Learn more about how we are a Forces-friendly organisation: https://bit.ly/4553vK1 #BePartOfOurStory

We are honoured to announce that we place as a finalist for the Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Award and the Best Apprenticeship Programme Award at the prestigious National Graduate Recruitment Awards 2024 last night! 🌟 The Diversity and Inclusion Award celebrates organisations that are proactively increasing the diversity of their early year’s intake through a more inclusive approach to attraction and selection. The Apprenticeship Award recognises excellence in the design of an organisation’s apprenticeship programme, the buy-in from leadership, a clear proposition suited to the target audience, and a positive experience for apprentices.
