This year our International Women's Day (IWD) theme was about driving change by encouraging us all to #EmbraceEquity. Equity is about fair treatment, access, and advancement – all key priorities for Capco and our employees. To mark IWD on 8th March, we were joined by guest speaker Frances Holmes, Founder and CEO of Speak out Revolution, for a lunchtime knowledge session focused on this year's theme and how we can all be an ally at work. For our evening session we welcomed inspiring individuals from across Capco and our clients for an interactive panel discussion. Our speakers shared their experiences as women and men working in financial services. Our external guests included Wendy Richardson (Category Director, Consultancy & Contingent Labour, London Stock Exchange Group), Nicola Lynch (MSS Sustainability Programme Manager, HSBC) and Rebecca Taylor (ICG Risk & Controls Transformation Lead, Citi). Our internal Capco panel members were Tej Patel and Kaajal Parekh who brought to life how their experiences can help with advocacy and allyship for Capco. #iwd2023 #embraceequity #cap

@Capco launched a consulting experience for @King's Business School students, as part of KCL’s industry immersion week. @Capco hosted an initial training day on campus, during which the students learned more about data visualization. They then spent the week researching ESG regulations and analyzing a challenging dataset that Capco presented them with. The final round hosted in the @Capco London office provided the students with the opportunity to learn more about Capco, the career path of a Capco consultant, and to demonstrate their exceptional work to our panel of expert judges. Huge congratulations to the students who took part, you should all be incredibly proud of yourselves! Thank you to our Capco KCL University Attraction Team who worked with @King's Business School staff to curate this event, providing this immersive learning opportunity for the students Thank you to our panel of Capco judges and data colleagues who supported the event.
