Coforge employees who have been awarded the Award Of Excellence for the third time in their tenure are conferred with the honor of being called ‘Excellerators’.
It is a part of our culture and lineage to award those who go the extra mile in leading the company on its path of vision, mission and strategy. CEO’s Club of Achievers (CCA) is a coveted recognition in the company. Selection to this prestigious forum is based on their stellar performance, unflinching commitment, and the impact created towards organizational objectives. These Achievers are sponsored for a Leadership Development Program at one of the leading management institutes. They also get the opportunity to work with an Executive Council leader in the company on a project in a futuristic area.
Team Coforge continues to enable and empower the society whilst enjoying the joy of giving! Hyderabad team distributed books and school bags to primary school children as part of Daan Utsav - Joy of Giving program. In another initiative, employees sponsored the Neknampur lake restoration in the outskirts of the city. They also participated in the ‘Save the Lakes’ initiative driven by Dhurvansh NGO donating floating Aerators to restore the water quality in the lake.

The lockdown inspired many of us to pursue hobbies, enhance qualifications, learn new skills, conduct welfare activities and spend quality time with loved ones. One of our colleagues co-authored a research article along with his better half. This article is now published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health.
