A purposeful night at Wish Ball 2025, where hope took center stage. As a Silver Sponsor, Coforge was honored to support Make-A-Wish® Illinois in its mission to bring life-changing experiences to children with critical illnesses - a cause championed by visionary leaders like Thomas South, whose unwavering belief in the impact of this work is truly inspiring. It was a privilege to be joined by Subhadeep Bhattacharjee and Michael Baldwin — leaders who, like us, believe in the power of community to create lasting impact. At Coforge, creativity isn’t confined to code or strategy. It lives in every line drawn, every color chosen, every idea expressed. To mark World Art Day, our Noida campus transformed into a vibrant hub of imagination—where colleagues came together to sketch, paint, sculpt, and simply create. It wasn’t just about art. It was about pausing. Reflecting. And reconnecting—with ourselves, with each other, and with the joy of making something by hand. Because in a world driven by digital, creativity is still deeply human. #WorldArtDay #LifeAtCoforge #WorkplaceWellbeing #EmployeeExperience #CreativityAtWork

Coforge and HFS Research Unveil Blueprint for Enterprises to Scale on GenAI. Coforge in partnership with HFS Research, has released a new report titled “Break Free from GenAI Pilot Purgatory”. Based on insights from senior executives at multi-billion-dollar enterprises successfully scaling GenAI, the report reveals why so many companies remain stuck in endless pilots—and how to break free. The report emphasizes that GenAI success hinges on decisive action rather than prolonged experimentation. Enterprises must align AI initiatives with strategic business goals, invest in infrastructure and data readiness early, establish clear success metrics linked to business impact, and foster a culture of AI adoption by engaging cross-functional teams and securing executive sponsorship. The findings highlight that organizations failing to take these steps risk falling irreversibly behind competitors who are already realizing AI-driven efficiencies, innovation, and revenue growth.
