Work From Anywhere is a signature Insight benefit that shows we care about how work fits into real life, not just where it happens.
To celebrate Earth Day 2026, Insight planted an additional 2,026 trees in our Fuchsia Forest. This marks the next chapter in our ongoing partnership with Tree-Nation, a social enterprise that unites reforestation projects around the world. By working hand-in-hand with local communities, Tree-Nation initiatives donât just capture carbon and combat climate change; they create jobs, strengthen food security, and support long-term social and economic resilience. This year, weâre supporting the Geita Tree Plantation for Community project in Tanzania. In a region facing extreme poverty and environmental degradation from intensive mineral extraction, this project is helping diversify income sources and promote sustainable land-use practices that protect both people and nature. Insightâs purchase of 2,026 Syzygium guineense trees, a species native to the area, is expected to help capture more than 300 tonnes of COâ over the lifetime of each tree, while also strengthening local ecosystems. On Earth Day and every day, weâre committed to climate action that delivers real benefits for communities and the planet.
We're excited to partner with Made Blue Foundation to support access to clean drinking water for communities that need it most. đ§ As we join the Microsoft AI Tour across seven EMEA cities, every badge scanned at the Insight booth will fund one full year of clean drinking water for one household. By turning event engagement into meaningful impact, weâre helping address the growing environmental footprint of AI while supporting communities on the frontline of water scarcity. Together, we make every interaction at the Microsoft AI Tour count.
A bold new chapter for Insight begins today. We are thrilled to announce that Jack Azagury has been appointed as Insightâs next Chief Executive Officer. Jack is a longtime technology executive, having spent nearly three decades at Accenture, most recently as group chief executive for its Consulting business, where he helped clients navigate digital and AI-based transformations. Jack understands that in the AI era, our mission of solving our clientsâ technology challenges by combining the right hardware, software, and services will be vital in bridging the gap between emerging technology and measurable business impact. And his appointment will accelerate our ability to deliver even greater value for our clients and partners. What will not change: our people, our values, and our commitment to client success. We are simply moving faster to meet you where the market is headed.
Weâre proud to announce that Insight has been named one of the UKâs Best Employers 2026 by the Financial Times and Statista â and for the second year running! đ This recognition reflects the incredible culture our teams build together, grounded in collaboration, innovation, and a passion for doing things the right way.
Our UK teams marked the start of our 2026â2027 charity partnerships with our first fundraising action of the year: Two bake sales in support of PACT (Parents Association of Children with Tumours and Leukaemia). Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of teammates across our Sheffield site and our Solutions Integration Centre, we raised over ÂŁ580 in just two days. PACT provides vital emotional and practical support to families facing childhood cancer, and weâre proud to contribute to the incredible work they do. These bake sales are only the beginning. Across the UK, each of our offices is partnering with a local charity close to their community â from the MS Society, to Hamilton Food Bank, to Thames Valley Adventure Playground. Together, weâll be fundraising, volunteering, raising awareness, and using our Heart Days to give back where it matters most. This demonstrates the meaningful impact we can create when we act with purpose, and this is only the beginning.
One of the ways Insight shows Heart is through caregiver support. From paid caregiver leave to expanded family health coverage in select regions, itâs a benefit built for real life.
What happens when two worlds align at Insight? With the combination of this yearâs Giving Tuesday and our Insight Heart Days the answer is over 200 bags of public donations sorted and tagged at Sheffieldâs St Lukeâs Hospice flagship charity store!
Amazing result for Insight, winning the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion award at the UK IT Industry Awards! What a testament to all teammates who embody our values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony.
