We had a fantastic time last week celebrating International Women’s Day 2022. We were delighted to have hosted a collection of seminars, both virtually and in-person, covering a range of topics focused on the theme of #BreakTheBias. Pictured below - author Katrine Marçal, with Kennedys’ global managing partner Suzanne Liversidge at our EMEA hybrid event, looked at ways of becoming better observers of gender bias and how it can impact innovation within different organisations. In the United States, mental and conditioning coach Darleen Santore taught us how to lean into listening more, lead intentionally, and level up with a shift in perspective about bias. In Dubai, author Dawn Metcalfe spoke at our Women In Business seminar on imposter syndrome and how it could be limiting your potential and those around you. If you were unable to attend any of our International Women’s Day seminars, recordings of the events are available to watch here: https://lnkd.in/dC7qxY5K #InternationalWomensDay2022 #IWD22 #BreakTheBias
