28 on the 28th 🎉 Today is a proud moment for Team Motorpoint. It’s been 28 years since we opened the doors to our very first store in Derby 💙 We’re also celebrating Sheffield’s 9th birthday, and marking a once in a lifetime moment as Team Motorpoint turns 28 on the 28th 🧡 What started as one store has grown into nearly 22 stores, and that growth is down to the dedication, talent and hard work of our people - whether customer‑facing or supporting from behind the scenes. Back in 1998, a Freddo cost 10p, dial‑up internet was the norm, the Ford Fiesta ruled the roads, and over a third of today’s Motorpoint team hadn’t even been born. A lot has changed since then. The business has evolved, but what we’re most proud of is our team. These milestones reflect the commitment, care and pride shown by team members past and present who’ve helped shape Motorpoint into what it is today. Every role, every contribution and every store has played a part. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far, and to those continuing to build what comes next. Llanelli man jumps for joy after winning new car from Motorpoint
Motorpoint Castleford’s Michael Sutton has completed his Tour De Motorpoint to raise money for The Prince of Wales Hospice “24 hours on my spin bike is nothing if the money that has been raised can help make a small difference to people dealing with life limiting or life threatening conditions in the Five Towns area of West Yorkshire” The 29 year old, who has worked in West Yorkshire as a Vehicle Detailer and Yard Technical Trainer for the UK’s leading independent car retailer since it opened in April 2016, spent last month on a spin bike at his local gym, xcercise4less, in support of the popular West Yorkshire based charity.
