NICErs in Atlanta were beaming with excitement as they watched the Atlanta Braves take on the Philadelphia Phillies in an action-packed baseball game. Great weather, VIP treatment, and fantastic vibes set the scene. NICErs walked away celebrating victory for their home team, with one lucky NICEr even taking home a souvenir ball after an exciting fan catch!
In honor of Autism Awareness Month, NICE hosted a global talk on āUnlocking the Power of Neurodiversity in Tech,ā which delved into the importance of diversity and inclusion and how neurodiversity can drive innovation and enhance team performance. NICErs in Israel took part in the Eitan Run, organized by Eitan ā Everybody Can, an NGO dedicated to empowering people with special needs through professional fitness training. Additionally, the HUB-ility initiative, which supports artists on the autism spectrum, visited NICE Israel allowing NICErs to purchase beautifully crafted holiday gifts.

We are all about empowering NICErs, offering women across all domains opportunities to push boundaries, advance their careers, sharpen their professional skills, and draw inspiration from one another through dedicated forums. Throughout March, weāll be holding multiple lectures, workshops, and fun activities in honor of IWD, and showcasing 15 women NICErs who are shaping tomorrow at NICE.
