To ensure our staff's safety and the safety of others we have implemented the following Covid policies and procedures: • We are conducting job interviews by telephone and online via zoom to reduce traffic within our offices. • We're communicating regularly with our workforce via telephone and email to inform all staff on the latest PPE guidance outlined by Public Health England and Government Guidelines. • Our care staff subject to our robust symptom screening process on a weekly basis. • We’re keeping our staff up-to-date with all the latest training and information including 'COVID-19 Safe ways of Working' (issued by Public Health England) • All of our staff are supplied with certified PPE in line with Public Health England guidance to ensure both your safety and the safety of others. • We update our system where care services have a suspected and/or confirmed case of COVID-19 and update our carer records accordingly. • We are continuing to carry out regular COVID testing amongst our home care staff, as well as issuing home testing kits.
