✨ Reflecting on International Women's Day Week at Phoenix ✨ At Phoenix, we believe in celebrating and empowering Women every single day. This week, we created opportunities for reflection, inspiration, and action: 💜 Our Inspirational Wall showcased the Women who have shaped our journeys. 🚶♀️ Our charity walk across different settings raised vital funds for Women's Aid. 🙌 Our collective commitment to accelerating change for a more equal future was stronger than ever. Thank you to our incredible Team Members for your participation, passion, and support. Let's continue to celebrate and uplift each other beyond this week!
Work is well underway at our newest home in South Gloucestershire, where we are creating a high-quality, nurturing environment for children in the local area. Significant progress has been made to ensure the home is safe, welcoming, and ready to provide the highest standard of care. From essential renovations to thoughtful finishing touches, every detail is being considered to create a space where children feel supported and secure. As we move closer to welcoming our first residents, we are excited to see this home take shape and look forward to sharing more updates soon.
A big shoutout to Bedrock Alpacas for visiting YTM today and bringing along their amazing alpacas! 🦙🎄 The pupils were thrilled, but if we’re being honest, the staff might have had even more fun! 😄 Moments like this remind us how valuable these experiences are in creating joy and fostering connection. Thank you for making our day so special!

🌟💼 Celebrating Success – Congratulations to Sam! 💼🌟 We’re thrilled to celebrate Sam’s recent achievement of a distinction in her Level 4 EPA last week! 🎉 Her commitment and effort are truly commendable. This milestone was made even more special by the support of the child in the home, who created a thoughtful "Quiet – Sam is in an exam!" sign during the preparation. 📝 This small act of kindness is a beautiful reminder of how much a supportive environment can contribute to success. Congratulations, Sam – this is a fantastic accomplishment, and we’re so proud of you! Here’s to your continued success. 🚀
Our Children's Homes are looking extra lovely today! ❤️✨ Handmade heart garlands, creative window displays, decorations on the walls, you name it, the Children we support (and our teams!) have gone all out with the decorations. Every space is filled with colour, kindness, and a whole lot of love. It’s amazing to see how much thought and effort has gone into making today special. Keep an eye out for more photos—we can’t wait to share them! 💕
