      We are proud to share that we have become one of the first organisations in the UK to join forces with the Living Wage Foundation and sign up as a Living Pension Employer to help address the problem of inadequate pension saving. This reflects our Group’s commitment to being a leading employer and its focus on helping to close the retirement savings gap. The Living Pension is a voluntary savings target for employers who want to help workers build up a pension pot that will provide enough income to meet basic everyday needs in retirement. Employers signing up to the Living Pension Standard agree to contribute at least £1,448, or 7% of a Living Wage workers salary each year. Phoenix Group fully supports the objectives of the Living Pension Standard. We contribute 10% to our employees’ pensions with an additional 2% matching element through our main pension scheme, and a default employee contribution for new joiners of 2%.

      We're really proud of the benefits we offer and recently added some new ones to our offering! - Annual bonus - 38 days annual leave (flexibility to work a bank holiday and take it off somewhere else as well as buy or sell up to one week of holiday) - Generous pension - 12x salary life assurance - Private medical cover for all colleagues, including fertility support (e.g IVF) and menopause support - 52 weeks maternity leave and 26 weeks paternity leave - Take a career break of up to 12 months after 2 years' service - 10 paid days of carers leave - Group income protection of 50% of your salary - Share schemes - Flexible benefits including discounts, financial coaching, critical illness cover, cycle to work schemes We continually review our offering and so some may be subject to change, eligibility criteria, require an employee contribution or be prorated if you join us on a part-time basis.       We've made two key appointments to our Executive Committee. Brid Meaney is promoted to Heritage CEO, following the news that Andy Moss, Life Companies CEO and Heritage Group Director, is to retire after 18 years at the company. We've also created a new role of Chief Transformation Officer where Jackie Noakes will lead and enhance our change capability, driving and overseeing the Group’s change projects. These two appointments increase the female ratio on our Executive Committee to more than 42%.
