We are looking for an experienced Merger and Acquisitions Manager to lead our internal acquisition process across the group. Ideally based around the South Coast / London area, you will be joining us in this new role to support the commercial decision making process, and it is seen as a pivotal role in the future success of the firm. You will primarily be responsible for executing all aspects of the company's merger and acquisition activities for smaller acquisitions we make into existing TC offices (“Tuck-in acquisitions”). This will include developing and implementing processes, executing transactions and helping to manage post-acquisition integration. As an M&A Manager you will play a lead role in managing the successful integration of newly acquired practices into the group which is a crucial part of our strategy to accelerate our growth and future success.
