🥁 Introducing: Let's TUI it – Our new employer brand Find out what working at TUI is all about – from Paris to Boa Vista, and from home offices to the cockpit of a Boeing 737. To mark the launch of Let's TUI it – our new employer branding proposition which captures our unique TUI spirit and attitude – we asked all colleagues to submit self-recorded videos showing moments of their life at TUI. The result? A colleague-generated video 🤳🏼 that sums up what working in one of the leading tourism companies is all about: working together to make great things happen, creating unique experiences for travellers, having fun as part of a team, taking initiatives on the job to find solutions, and great flexibility in terms of one's own career, place of work and working hours. 💙 But take a look for yourself by clicking the link below ⬇️ 🙌🏼

At the age of 62, many people are thinking about plans for retirement – but not Mark Heydon who has just qualified as a member of our TUI Airways Cabin Crew. After a career spanning five decades, Mark found himself looking for a new challenge in October last year. When applying for the Cabin Crew role, Mark was worried he might be too old and so was a little surprised when he was selected for an interview. He had nothing to worry about though, as his outstanding people skills and passion for excellent customer service shone through, making him the perfect candidate. Ian Campbell, Director of Customer Delivery at TUI Airways said: “Age is absolutely not a boundary to becoming Cabin Crew with us. Candidates need many key skills in order to gain their wings, but most importantly a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Mark is a shining example of the fantastic crew we have in Cardiff and across the airline and we’re really proud to have him in the team.” #LifeAtTUI

We’re delighted to share that Fritz Joussen has been honoured as one of the Top CEOs in 2019 on Glassdoor - one of the world’s largest job search and recruitment sites. Winning this award is down to the feedback provided by our colleagues across the TUI Group. Christian Sutherland-Wong, Glassdoor President and Chief Operating Officer said: “Glassdoor’s Top CEOs award continues to be more competitive every year, and I congratulate each leader on their achievement. Today’s job seekers are looking for leaders who share their values and will empower them to bring their full selves to work. More and more, we’re seeing Top CEOs make decisions to shape the culture of their organisations to help recruit and retain quality talent, which has a direct correlation to fuelling business success.”
