On October 20th, our Women at Thomson Reuters business resource group Canada chapter hosted a networking event at our Toronto office. This was their first in-person event after more than two years of hosting virtual events! It was an excellent opportunity to expand internal networks and share experiences that support growth and development. Women at Thomson Reuters seeks to champion women by supporting professional growth and development, expanding networks internally and throughout our communities, increasing allyship, and driving awareness of the unconscious biases that fuel gender inequality.
As we approach our second mental health day off of the year on Monday, October 24, we invite you to look back at how Thomson Reuters teammates across the world spent their last mental health day off on May 13, 2022. We introduced two global mental health paid holidays during the pandemic, which are now permanent holidays.
