For an inclusive, equitable economic recovery, we need to ensure global equitable access to safe & effective vaccines. To do our part, the Visa Foundation will grant $1.5 million to the COVAX Advance Market Commitment (AMC) Opportunity and Visa will match dollar-for-dollar employee donations to COVAX. Visa has been on a journey toward increasing inclusion, diversity and racial justice. And while we’ve taken intentional steps to create safe spaces for education and open dialogue and established important programs like the Visa Black Scholars and Jobs Program, there’s still work to be done to ensure Visa continues to be a great place to work for everyone, everywhere. In the spirit of driving lasting change and with Black History Month upon us, Visa’s Yesenia Plascencia recently sat down with diversity influencer Toni Wilson to discuss why Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (“IDEA”) matters and how companies can make it happen: #BlackHistoryMonth #LifeatVisa

One year ago, our Chairman and CEO Al Kelly and 180 other CEOs joined the Business Roundtable to help re-define a corporation's principal focus. The group's goal was to focus on shareholder returns, but also how corporations deliver value to employees, customers, and the communities in which we live and operate. Al shares with Business Roundtable some of his reflections on the progress made over the past year and the work ahead.
